JACKSON, MS – The Southern University soccer team racked up two more awards on Sunday following the Southwestern Athletic Conference tournament. Lonnie Mulligan and Aniya Clark found themselves on the 11 person All-Tournament team, the most from a team not in the championship match.
 
In her tournament appearances, Mulligan would draw the focus of the oppositions defenses after a stellar season. In her 106 minutes of game time, she would finish with two shots, both on goal, and an assist in the 3-1 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
 
Clark, a four year starter for the Lady Jaguars, played 166 of the 180 minutes of action in the two games. She would pester the other teams on the defensive side of the ball. Offensively, she would have one shot that would be on target.
