Taylor De Bourg, the Assistant Director of Marketing & Development is the Jaguar Athletics Internship oversight for Southern University Athletics. 

The Jaguar Athletics Internship Program (JAI) builds a community of exemplary undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students across Baton Rouge by exposing them to real experiences within the Athletic world. Interns will be a tremendous resource for the Department of Athletics and contribute greatly to our SUccesses. In addition, many career opportunities in the industry may develop for our interns as a result of the valuable experiences they gain while here. Although this is an unpaid internship, fellows are given substantial development, advancement, and social opportunities.

• Sports Information Department (SID)
• Game Day Operations
• Recruitment
• Compliance | Law Students ONLY

Requirements:

• Good Standing with the University attending while having a 2.750 Cumulative GPA
• Full-Time Sophomore and rising classifications
• Resume
• Letter of Interest or Cover Letter
• Unofficial Transcript
• Class Schedule
• Portfolio of Skills (SID Area)
