The Jaguars picked up five runs off fifteen hits on the day. In the first inning Jaylen Armstrong scored off a wild pitch to give the Jags their first run of the day. In the second inning Nathaniel Lai nailed a fast ball over 400 feet over the center field wall to tie the ballgame up 2 runs each. In the fourth inning Tremaine Spears took the Hornets fast ball 375 feet over the left field wall hitting the score board to give the Jags their third run of the day and tie the ball game back up at 3 runs each. In the seventh inning Hunter Tabb singled up the middle of the field to send O'Neill Burgos racing from second base to home plate to give the Jags their fourth run of the day. In the thirteenth inning Gustavo Nava Sanchez grounded into a double play but Armstrong was able to cross home plate to tie the ball game up five runs each for the fourth time. 

"Tough hard fought game. Didn't go in our favor but I'm proud of this team, they showed resilience the entire tournament, said Chris Crenshaw, Southern Head Coach."Gone miss these seniors, they deserved better a better ending.
 
Jerry Burkett II picks up his second loss of the season.  The Jaguars scoring came from Armstrong with two runs. Burgos, Lai and Spears with one run each.
