2017-2018 SEASON AT BRCC:  Appeared in 8 games for the Bears with a record of 2-1 and a 5.18 ERA He pitched in 33 innings with 15 strikeouts

SUMMER 2018: Played for the Acadiana Cane Cutters which were the Texas Collegiate League Runners Up. He pitched in 11 games with a 1-2 record. Joseph had a 7.57 era in 27.1 innings with 19 strikeouts.

HIGH SCHOOL: Joseph Anthony Battaglia III attended Lafayette High School... Played baseball for head coach Sam Taulli... During his senior year, led the Lions to a 20-13 record... Batted .315 with a 6-3 record as a pitcher. (ERA 1.8)... Named to the 1st team All District as a 3-5A pitcher. JoJo also played football for the lions.
