BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Southwestern Athletic Conference named freshman Jayden Hauck as the Newcomer of the Week after her performance at the ISTAP Hornet Classic.
 
Hauck led the Lady Jaguars to six wins on one of the toughest shots this season. She would finish seventh with a 918 total pinfall in the five games, giving her a 183.6 average. No bowlers in the tournament averaged over 200, only two bowlers averaged over 190.
 
This is the second time Hauck has been tabbed as the Newcomer of the Week. She was named the inaugural newcomer after her performance at the Rattler Invitational where she finished 10th with a 977 and 195.4 average.
 
Jordan Shipp of Florida A&M was named Bowler of the Week.
 
Bowler
Shipp placed 2^nd individually at Alabama State's ISTAP Hornet Classic. She amassed a total pinfall of 963 while averaging 192.60.
 
Newcomer
Hauck finished in 7^th place individually at Alabama State's ISTAP Hornet Classic. She contributed a total pinfall of 918 while averaging 183.60.
