The Southern University Sports Hall of Fame is set to welcome 11 new members on Saturday evening at the Cotillion Ballroom of the Smith-Brown Memorial Student Union.

The ceremony kicks off at 7 p.m. with a screening of "Remembering a Forgotten First: The Story of Charlie Granger," a 52-minute documentary on the former SU offensive lineman. Granger is the Chair of the Hall of Fame Committee.

The banquet and ceremony will follow.

The 2011 SU Hall of Fame inductees are: Neil Jerome Arp (track), Henry Baptiste (radio), Ricky Davenport (track), Matthew Dorsett (football), Jonathan Rochron (football), Ojo Thompson (tennis), Henry Thurman (general), Sean Wallace (football), George Williams (general), Reggie Williams (baseball) and Willie Mae Williams (general).
