2026 Guide to the Spring Showcase

BATON ROUGE, La. | Southern will hold its Spring Showcase on April 4 at A.W. Mumford Stadium and Pete Richardson Field as fans will have their first opportunity to watch first year Head Coach Marshall Faulk  team take the field. The spring showcase will start at 11:00 a.m

Admission is free to the showcase and gates will be open at 9:30 a.m. on the East Side of the Stadium (Visitors Side) ONLY.

Southern University will observe many of its normal Gameday Policies and Procedures for Saturday's Spring Showcase. Fans are asked to contact the SU Ticket Office at 225-771-3171 for any additional details.

What You Need To Know About the SU Football Spring Game

2026 Spring Showcase Fan Facts
  • The 2026 SU Football Spring Showcase is Free to the Public
  • Gates open at 9:30 a.m.; Team Entrance is scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
  • Fans will enter A.W. Mumford Stadium on the East side at the Main Gate
  • The Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for Jaguar fans entering the stadium
  • Parking will be available for free from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on a first come, first served basis.
  • RV's are welcome on Friday after 5:00 pm and must be moved by 12:00 pm on Sunday in Ballentine Plaza
  • Cars / Trucks / SUV will park in LOT C and LOT D (Mini Dome) can enter SU's campus from SWAN Avenue or Harding Boulevard
  • RVs will park in Ballentine Plaza and F.G. Clark Gameday Area lot only and can access the lots listed from SWAN avenue or Harding boulevard
