Southern Lands Five Players on 2025 Presesaon Football All Conference Teams

BIRMINGHAM, AL- The Southwestern Athletic Conference announced its 2025 Preseason All-SWAC Football selections on Monday morning ahead of the league's media day on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. The preseason all-conference teams and individual award winners were voted on by the league's head coaches and sports information directors.

The Jaguars landed three players on the first team and two players on the second team. Southern will kick off their season on August 23rd, on the road against North Carolina Central University in the 2025 SWAC/MEAC Challenge. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. EST. at Center Parc Stadium and will be on prime time TV on ABC.
