Williams Finishes 5th, Jaguars Finish 6th at PGA Works Collegiate Championship

KOHLER, Wis. | Southern University men's golf team finished sixth in the 2025 PGA WORKS Men's Golf Championship at Whistling Straits.

Jordan Williams who entered the day tied for 7^th, carded a final-round 6-over-par 78 to finish with a 224 and fifth place finish.

Thomas Reid who entered the final day tied for 9^th, wrapped up the tournament with a 231 and tied for 11^th. Charles Watts registered a 236 to finish tied for 23^rd, while Carter Evans finished 39^th with a 247. Isaiah Gold wrapped up the individual scoring for the Jaguars with a 250 to finish 42^nd.

Arkansas-Pine Bluff's Jose Berenguel was the individual medalist, shooting a 7-under-par 209.

Southern concluded the tournament fifth with a 935. Arkansas-Pine Bluff won the team championship, carding an 887. Prairie View A&M and North Carolina A&T State tied for second with a 919, while Texas Southern (929), Chicago State (933), Tennessee State (937), Maryland Eastern Shore (949) and Alabama A&M (950) rounded out the field.
