BATON ROUGE, LA. -- This Week in Southern University Athletics – August 14th  – August 20th.
 
The Southern University Athletics schedule kicks off the fall campaign with the Lady Jaguars soccer team traveling to #20 Memphis to open their season. 
 
On Friday, the Athletics department will be hosting their inaugural Gala at the Raising Cane's River Center. Saturday, FanFest will kickoff with the Jaguar football team hosting a inter squad scrimmage at 9:30 AM followed by Back-To-The Bluff Fest featuring the football, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading and cross country teams along with a performance from the Human Jukebox inside the F.G. Clark Activity Center.
