BATON ROUGE, LA. -- It was a tale of halves for the Jaguars raking up 18 first downs in the first half along with 270-yards and fell off in the final 30-minutes of the ball game with zero points, zero first downs and only 57-yards of offense to drop their third game at home to Prairie View on senior night. Final score was 27-21.
Kendric Rhymes scored his seventh touchdown of the season to lead the Jags rushing attack for the fourth straight game.Â
August Pitre IIIÂ grabbed six receptions for 54-yards and a score to lead the Jaguars in receiving.
The Jaguars will final their game of the season at 1 PM in the 50th Bayou Classic against Grambling State University in the Ceasars Superdome in the Crescent City. The game will be broadcast live on NBC and on KQXL with the voice of Jaguar Athletics with Chris Powers and legendary coach Pete Richardson. Â
