The Southern men's and women's basketball teams travel to Houston, Texas on Monday for a 5:30 pm game time and men to follow as they open up SWAC conference play. On Wednesday January 4th as they will head to Prairie View A&M to take on the Panthers, women tip-off at 5:30 pm with the men to follow.

Both teams will return home on January 7th as they host Florida A&M Saturday for a 3:00 pm tip-off inside the F.G. Clark Activity Center. The Men will tip-off at 5:30 pm. The Jaguars will host Bethune-Cookman on Monday with the women tip-off at 5:30 pm and men to follow.
