Southern Falls In SWAC Semifinal game To Jackson State

Box Score The Lady Jaguars defense forced the Lady Tigers to 17 turnovers, picking up 18 points off turnovers. SU played twelve players with ten landing in the scoring column. Southern shot 34 percent for the game (20-59) and shot 17 percent from behind the arc (3-18). SU shot 43 percent from the charity stripe finishing (3-7).

The Lady Tigers finished the night with three players in double-digits led by Ameshya Williams-Holliday with 20 points and thirteen rebounds, Keshuna Luckett with 13 points and LaMiracle Sims with 10 points. Daja Woodard finished the night with 10 boards in twenty-two minutes of play.
