Jaguars Fall To Texas On The Road


INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Jaguars went 15-of-43 shooting from the field (34.9 percent) and 2-of-12 from 3PT (16.7 percent).
- SU was led by Sirviva Legions  (4-10 FG, 1-3 3PT) and Chloe Fleming (3-5 FG, 3-4 FT) finished with nine points.
- Amani Mcwain (3-13 FG, 1-8 3PT) chipped in seven points. 
- Eight Jaguars scored in the contest
- Texas shot 32-of-57 from the field (56.1 percent) and 7-of-13 from 3PT (53.8 percent). 
- Southern pulled down 24 rebounds, including 18 on the defensive side of the glass.
- Texas registered 36 rebounds, with 27 coming on the defensive end. 
- The Jaguars also went 11-for-22 from the free-throw line.
- The Longhorns sank 21-of-25 from the charity stripe.
- Southern finished the night with four assist and four steals.
-  Texas came away with twelve steals and twenty assists.

UP NEXT
Southern will return to action on Friday, December 9th to take on Spring Hill College. The game have been moved to Baton Rouge Community College due to the winter graduation. The game will be stream live on Jaguar Sports Networks and the tip-off is slated for 6 PM.
