BATON ROUGE, LA --With the start of the 2022 season just a few weeks away, Southern will hold two instrasquad scrimmages this weekend that are open to the public.

SU Weekend Schedule:
Friday - Practice at 3PM
Saturday - 9 inning Scrimmage at 1PM
Sunday - 6 inning Scrimmage at 12PM

The Back-to-Back Southwestern Athletic Conference Championship baseball team will host  21 games inside Lee-Hines Stadium, with marquee match-ups against Missouri, McNeese, New Orleans and Nicholls State. The Jaguars opens the season with the Andre Dawson Classic with games against Alabama State (Feb. 18), Jackson State (Feb. 19) and Florida A&M (Feb. 20).
