Overall, I was pleased with the effort of the team and the resilience they showed when faced with adversity. We will get back in the gym tomorrow and get ready for our next game against Mississippi Valley State this week", said Head Coach Carlos Funchess.
The Lady Jaguars defense forced the Lady Lions to 18 turnovers, picking up 21 points off turnovers. SU played all ten players with nine landing in the scoring column.
