BATON ROUGE, LA—The Southern University Jaguars (3-9, 2-4) drop the second match of the cluster hosted by Florida A&M University to the Bethune Cookman Wildcats.
It took extra points for the Wildcats to take set one, then the Jaguars bounced back to redeem their selves during set two getting the 25-13 set victory. Sets three and four both went in the Wildcats favor and were both tough fought battles from both groups.
The Jaguars were led by
Nya Campbell with 13 kills followed by
Ravon Robertson with 12 and
Xaria Taylor with eleven.
Ryleigh Taylor led both teams in assists with 29. Freshman
Trenity Lundy led the Jaguars in digs with 23.
