BATON ROUGE, LA -- The Jaguars cruise past the Lions 73-49 for dominating win at the F.G. Clark Activity Center Saturday night in front of a crowd of more than 3,900 fans.

Skyler Baggs led SU with a career and game-high 19 points off the bench. Senior Center
Amel Kuljuhovic finished the night with 10 points and four rebounds. Junior
Lamarcus Lee contributed 10 points, two rebounds and two steals. Junior
Ahsante Shivers led all Jaguars in rebounding with six boards.
Southern built its largest lead in the first half up 22 points heading into the locker room 37-15. In the second half SU built a 37 point lead with 8:27 left to play in regulation. The Jaguars had the lead for 39:00 of the game that had only three lead changes. SU shot 45 percent for the game (28-for-62) and 24 percent from three-point range (5-21). The Jaguars shot 57 percent form free throw line (12-21).
