Biography

2019 Season: Finished fourth on the team in tackles with 48 along with four and a half tackles for 13 yard loss, three interceptions, and two pass break ups.

2018 Season: Led the team with three interceptions for 18 yards. The biggest interception of the year came in the end zone during the 2018 SWAC Championship game. Pappillion finished the season with 23 tackles, one sack for a 3 yards, four pass break ups and one quarterback hurry.

2017 Season: Finished the 2017 season with 18 tackles, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, one tackle for a 2 yard loss, and one sack.

High School: Four year letterman at Barbe High School ranked the 27th defensive back in the state of Louisiana coming out of high school.

Personal: Jakoby Pappillion was born February 23, 1999… Birth Place: Lake Charles, Louisiana… The son of Marlena Pappillion… Majoring in Criminal Justice... Started playing football when he was five years old on his uncle's team, from there he learned the game and became a standout high school defensive back. He also has two cousins that played college football.
