Coach Grossi is entering his second year on the bluff serving as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach.
Prior to Southern he was the Quarterbacks Coach at Hampton University. Before he went to Hampton he worked with Tampa Bay Buccaneers for five years.
At Hampton University he implemented a pro-style passing attack responsible for school records in yards, completions, and touchdowns.
Grossi served in several roles in his time with the Buccaneers from a scouting assistant, pro scout, assisted then head coach Dirk Koetter and for the last two years worked as the Offensive Quality Control Coach. The Buccaneers were among the most explosive offenses in the NFL and led the league in Passing in 2018.
He graduated from Concord University (WV) in 2013 with a degree in Recreation and Tourism Management with a concentration in Sports Management. Upon graduation he served as an Offensive Graduate Assistant for the 2013 season.
