2021 SEASON: Started all 49 games at right field... Hit .303 during the season with 53 runs, 37 runs 39 RBI's and six home runs.

2020 REDSHIRT JUNIOR SEASON AT ULL: Started in eight games, three at second base, three in right field and two as the DH… Hit .200 during the year and went 5-for-16 (.312) during his last five games of the season… Tallied a career-high three walks against SLU (2/18/20).

2019 REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON AT ULL: Spears had a productive season appearing in 31 games while making 20 starts… During the year, Spears slashed .293/.356/.451 and amassed 24 hits which was the highest among non-starters... Of his 82 at-bats, Spears was able to smash three home runs and 11 RBI… Spears owned a six-game hitting streak where he went 10-for-18 (.556) and scored five runs tallying all three of his home runs and seven RBIs during that span.

2018 SOPHOMORE SEASON AT ULL: Appeared in eight games in 2018 with two starts… In limited action, he hit .167 (2-for-12)… Notched his lone double of the season at Southeastern Louisiana (2/21)… Had a season-high four at-bats in the series opener against Wright State (2/23) where he produced a single... Earned redshirt.

2017 FRESHMAN SEASON AT ULL: Saw limited action for the Cajuns as a true freshman, making 14 appearances, including two starts, as a designated hitter… Had a .167 average with two RBI… Posted a .167 slugging percentage with a .250 on base percentage… Recorded a hit in three-straight contests… Reached base in four-straight games.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A two-sport star at Tioga High School playing both baseball and football…Guided Tioga to the 3A State Semifinals in both his junior and freshman campaigns… Had a .468 average, with 127 hits, 35 doubles, five triples, 17 home runs and 96 RBI in four years with the Indians… Hit six home runs and drove in 30 runs as a freshman… Was named the Central Louisiana MVP, as well as all-state and all-district three times…Took part of the 40-man National Team Development Program for Team USA in 2014.
