Southwestern Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week (10/19/2019)

2019 Season: Coming into the season as the number 2 QB for the Jaguars... Passed for 631 yards and four touchdowns. On October 19, 2019 McDaniel had a career high passing against Texas Southern in the State Fair Classic throwing for 285 yards and 3 touchdowns.

2018 Season: Finished the season passing for 68 yards playing in four games.

2017 Season: As a true freshman Glendon played a back-up roll behind SU star QB Austin Howard playing in four games passing for 90 yards off 14-34 passing.

High School: Two sport star at Dothan High School where he lettered for three straight years. Was named Offensive Player of the Week six consecutive times.

Personal: Glendon Jacoby McDaniel was born October 17, 1998… Birth Place: Dothan,Alabama… The son of Craig and Amanda McDaniel… Majoring in Therapeutic Recreation…Has been playing football, basketball and baseball since he was five years old. His parents were both athletes in high school. Made the Alabama High School Super 12 Baseball Team. That's the best 12 players from the surrounding area and was awarded "Rookie of the Year" Honors.
