TAMPA, FL – Southern University got off to a slow start and wasn't able to recover dropping their third straight game to University of South Florida 5-0.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bulls went on the attack early in the first half picking a goal with in the first seventeen minutes of the contest.
- USF found the back of the net at the 44yh minute of the first half to take a 2-0 lead into halftime.
- The Bulls would get three more goals in the second half at the 48th, 62nd and 81st minute to deferat the Jags in front of 501 fans.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- University of South Florida would have a 40-1 advantage on shots.
- The Bulls would had the advantage on shots on goal at 19-0.
- Southern would finish with fourten saves.
- USF finished with seven corners, SU had zero.
