- Jaguars went 20-of-54 shooting from the field (37.0 percent) and 1-of-9 from 3PT (11.1 percent).
- SU was led by Genovea Johnson (4-13 FG, 3-4 FT) finished the day with 11 points and Raven White (4-7 FG, 1-1 FT) added nine points.
- Ten Jaguars scored in the contest.
- SHU shot 21-of-58 from the field (36.3 percent) and 3-of-21 from 3PT (14.3 percent). 
- Southern pulled down 39 rebounds, including 32 on the defensive side of the glass.
- The Lady Pioneers registered 36 rebounds, with 28 coming on the defensive end. 
- The Jaguars also went 6-for-9 from the free-throw line. 
- The Lady Pioneers sank 12-of-17 from the charity stripe.
- Southern University finished the night with seven steals and six assists.
- Sacred Heart University came away with ten steals and fourteen assists.

FAREWELL SENIORS
Amani Mcwain closed her career out at Southern as a two-time SWAC Champion, SWAC Tournament MVP and a member of the Jaguars 1000-point club. 
Tyeniesha Metcalf closed out her career at Southern as a SWAC Champion and led the Jaguars in assist on several games including the SWAC Championship game.
