Baton Rouge, LA - The Southern University Football game against Mississippi Valley State has been picked up by the ESPN Networks along with the start time being moved up to 2:00 p.m. 

The Jaguars are set to play five home games on Pete Richardson Field inside A.W. Mumford Stadium along with being the home team for the 49th Annual Bayou Classic. 

The season is set to begin on next Saturday, September 3rd as the Jaguars play host to Florida Memorial, kick-off set for 6:00 p.m.
