During the 2016 season, Glover was instrumental in the performances of both Carter, the Sun Belt Conference Indoor champion in the 200-meter dash, and Alena Hrusoci, the SBC Outdoor champion in the 400-meter hurdles. Hrusoci, who ran a school record of 57.74, was also invited to the European Championships where she competed for the country of Croatia.
