BATON ROUGE, LA. -- This Week in Southern University Athletics – April 18^th – April 24^th.
 
The Southern University baseball and softball teams play mid-week contests on Tuesday against Southeastern and Nicholls, respectively. The women's tennis team begin postseason play as they compete in the Southwestern Athletic Conference Championships in New Orleans, LA for the weekend.
 
The Jaguar baseball team continue SWAC play as they travel to play Texas Southern for a three-game series beginning on Friday. Lady Jaguar softball travel to Grambling State for a weekend series to continue conference play. Jaguar Track & Field will compete in Baton Rouge, LA at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet on Saturday.
